1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing and using the website forgetcompany.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by FORGET Co. (registered in Brazil under CNPJ 57.697.298/0001-58), with its place of business in Barueri, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
2. Description of the services
FORGET Co. is a digital solutions hub that brings Marketing, Sales and Technology together. The Site presents information about our services, products, case studies and educational content, and makes contact and diagnostic forms available.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, in compliance with the applicable legislation of Brazil and of the country from which you access it. The following are prohibited:
- Reproducing, modifying or distributing content from the Site without prior authorisation
- Using automated mechanisms (bots, scrapers) to collect data
- Providing false information in the contact forms
- Attempting to access restricted areas or to compromise the security of the Site
- Using the Site to send spam or malicious content

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, layout, source code and trademarks, is the exclusive property of FORGET Co. or of its licensors, and is protected by Brazilian intellectual property law and by the international treaties that apply to it.
The use of the symbol ≠(not equal to), the “FORGET” brand, the tagline “Forget the chaos. Adopt scale.” and the other visual elements are marks of FORGET Co.

The information made available on the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer. FORGET Co. does not warrant that:
- The Site will be available without interruption
- The information will always be up to date or free of errors
- Specific results will be achieved, since every case depends on variables particular to the business
Case studies and metrics presented on the Site reflect actual results of specific clients and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

The Site may contain links to third party websites. FORGET Co. is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of external sites. Access to those links is at your own risk.

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time, at no cost, by using the link in each message or by writing to us. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District (Comarca) of Barueri, State of São Paulo, are elected to settle any dispute arising out of these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. If you use the Site as a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the right to rely on those mandatory provisions and to bring proceedings before the courts that the applicable law reserves to you.
