Data Audit ≠ Layer Zero of your operation

Your dashboard climbs every month. Have you ever checked whether the number is true?

You look at the screen. The chart is up. The conversions are there. And still, when you open the bank statement, something does not add up.

Deciding how much to invest on top of a number nobody ever audited is not thrift. It is the most expensive bet there is, wearing the face of confidence.

O que o Diagnóstico faz, em duas etapasver o porquê

The Data Audit does two things. First, an X-ray of your instrumentation: it shows, on a single map, where the number that steers your budget is broken. Then the part almost nobody delivers: we rebuild the tracking, so every number on your dashboard goes back to telling the truth. No agency swap. No configuration for you to touch.

A number nobody audited is not data. It is guesswork wearing the face of data.

Before you go further

You are not going to like the first thing we have to say.

Most companies that reach us want to hear one thing: that everything is almost right, that all it takes is a sharper creative, a bigger budget, a different audience. There is an entire market built to tell you exactly that, because it is what you want to hear, and because as long as you believe it, the pretty number on the screen is enough.

A verdade que a gente entrega mesmo quando custa a vendaver o porquê

We start somewhere else. We start by saying that your data may be lying to you.

It is not the most comfortable way to open a conversation. It is the most honest one. And that is where the filter sits: we are not the ones selecting you. You are the one deciding whether you want the partner who flatters you into signing, or the one willing to say what nobody else had the nerve to say.

An example of the kind of truth we deliver even when it costs us the sale: in a good share of the operations we audit, roughly 70% of the leads generated by click-to-message campaigns is junk, volume that inflates the report and misleads the optimization. Almost nobody running your ads will tell you that, because while you do not know, the pretty number is convenient for both sides. We say it. And we fix the tracking so Meta stops optimizing on top of that junk.

Most will sell you what you want to hear. We start with what you need to hear.

What nobody explained to you

There is a layer, underneath every dashboard, that decides how much of your money turns into revenue.

It is not the creative. It is not the audience. It is not the budget. It is the instrumentation, the invisible plumbing that records every click, every conversion, every sale, and tells Meta who to carry your ad to. It is the zero level of any acquisition operation: the base everything else is built on. We call it Layer Zero.

Por que ninguém nunca te explicou a Camada Zerover o porquê

Agencies know it exists. Good media buyers know it. They know it is that layer, and not the creative, that decides whether your budget finds the person who buys or the person who only scrolls past. They know a misconfigured pixel makes Meta spend your money on the wrong person, all month long, without you noticing.

And nobody ever explained it to you. Because it is easier to show you a colorful ad account full of charts than to tell you the base underneath it is broken. While you look at the chart, nobody has to look at the plumbing.

That is the subject of this page. Layer Zero, the layer that decides your money, and what happens when someone finally opens it, audits it, and repairs it.

The creative does not decide your money. The plumbing nobody showed you does.

Layer Zero, on you

You just arrived. Let us audit this visit.

Every audit starts here: the raw data your site reads and throws away in the same instant. The scan beside this text reveals what the instrumentation captures about YOU right now, and stops at the point no website closes on its own: tying this visit to the contract.

It is the same X-ray we run across your whole operation. Every number you look at today hides this layer; the Data Audit brings it back into the light, and rebuilds the part that is sitting in the dark.

Why we always start in the same place

We did not find this engineering in order to sell it. We needed it, and it was not for sale.

FORGET was not born selling traffic. It was born out of a refusal to accept a market that promises a lot, delivers little, and almost never delivers structure.

A história inteira, como a gente virou a própria cobaiaver o porquê

What we wanted was simple to say and rare to find: marketing run on data, professional, with every unit of budget accounting for itself. That is what became the pain. And we went after it as a client before ever offering it as a vendor.

Then we hit the same wall you did. The dashboard climbed. Cash did not follow. The numbers on the screen said one thing; the bank statement said another. And the creative was not the problem.

So we went looking for the “right media buyer”, the one who would finally connect the click to the money that came in. We changed vendors, agencies, methods. The pattern always came back: a polished report, an ad account full of charts, a CTR screenshot, and not one piece of data tying the budget spent to the sale that closed.

The turn was understanding that this media buyer did not exist, because the problem was never the media buyer. It was the absence of a data engineering layer connecting the click to the contract. Marketing without that engineering is expensive guesswork, no matter who is pressing the buttons.

So we built it. From the pixel to the CRM, from tracking to revenue attribution, the base of what today traces the sale even on a surface your analytics never observes, the conversation itself (that became ClickMetrics). The engineering we could not find to buy.

And we tested it on ourselves before selling it to anyone. We are the test subject. We only sell a validated process.

And we found one thing out: the first thing this engineering does, in any operation, is audit what is already there. The second is rebuild what is broken, because pointing at a gap has never changed anyone’s cash. That pair, audit and rebuild, became the base of every operation that worked. That is why it became the front door. It is where you are right now.

The right category
You are not hiring one more report. You are repairing the base that decides your money.
What it isn't
  • Not one more colorful ad account full of charts nobody ever cross-checked against the bank statement.
  • Not a CTR screenshot, and not a vanity report.
  • Not “optimizing the creative” before knowing whether the data is real.
  • Not a polished assessment that points at the defect and leaves the problem in your hands.
É
  • Data engineering. We audit the entire chain that ties the click to the contract, and rebuild what is broken.
  • A single step that does both: the X-ray (where the number breaks) and the Rebuild (the tracking repaired).
  • Layer Zero opened, audited and handed back working: the pixel corrected, the conversions clean, CAPI live, attribution writing the event back to its source.
  • Low friction for real: you keep the team you already have, no months-long project, no configuration to touch.

That is the difference between a real audit and a polished report: one shows you the defect and walks away; the other rebuilds the part.

A report points at the defect and walks away. Engineering repairs the part.

The enemy is not who you think

The enemy is not your creative. It is the number that lies, and the decision you make on top of it.

The villain is the pretty number on the dashboard that does not match the bank statement, and the investment decision you make trusting it. It does not shout. It hides in specific places, and each one takes money out of your pocket in a different way:

?cliqueeventoconversãoatribuiçãocontrato

Broken or misconfigured pixel

Meta optimizes your budget toward the wrong person. You pay to show up for someone who was never going to buy.

Duplicate conversions

The dashboard counts the same sale twice. Your cost per result looks like half of what it is. You think you can scale, and you scale into the red, with confidence.

Attribution in the dark

You do not know which channel actually sells. You cut what brings money in and feed what only looks good.

Events never returned to Meta (CAPI)

Part of your sales never reaches the platform. It optimizes blind. You pay more for the same result.

Inconsistent UTMs

The origin of the sale gets lost on the way. You decide on a hunch that carries the name of data.

And on top of all of it, the media buyer or the agency that never truly instrumented anything, and hands you the ad account as if it were the truth.

The worst part is not the gap. It is the resignation. “The dashboard is what I have.” So you blame the creative. You blame the channel. You change media buyers. You raise the budget. And the problem stays in the base, where nobody looked. Anyone putting real money in deserves to know the truth of their own data, and deserves someone who repairs the base instead of only pointing at the defect.

An inflated number does not make you scale. It makes you scale into the red, with confidence.

What stands in your way

You are probably thinking one of these three things right now.

The vehicle

“My pixel is already set up, so this is not for me.”

Being set up is not the same as being set up right. And it almost never is. Pixel, events, deduplication, CAPI, attribution: these are verifiable items, not our opinion. Either the event fires on the right action, or it does not. Either the conversion is unique, or it is duplicated. The data shows it, once somebody looks closely. And when it is wrong, we do not warn you and walk away: we rebuild it.

The internal one

“This is too technical, I would never keep up.”

You do not have to keep up with anything. That is the point. The engineering is ours, from the audit to the rebuild. You only grant access to the accounts. No technical decision lands on your desk. Complexity is our problem, not yours, and attributed revenue is what stays with you.

The external one

“My media buyer already handles this / it is expensive / it is not the right time.”

The media buyer who shows you an ad account and a CTR screenshot has almost never audited whether the number is real, and has almost never rebuilt the instrumentation underneath it. They show you the number; they never verified it is true. On “it is expensive”: the right question is not what it costs to audit the data. It is what it costs to keep deciding budget on top of a broken number. And on “it is not the right time”, the moment to check the data is before you put in another unit of budget, not after.

Set up is not the same as set up right. And it almost never is.

The mechanism, named

Two acts on the same chain. The X-ray sees where it breaks. The Rebuild repairs the part.

Layer Zero is a chain: click → event → conversion → attribution → contract. A typical media buyer looks at the end of it (the number on the screen) and stops there. We walk the whole chain, link by link, in two acts.

clickeventconversionattributioncontract
Act 1 · X-ray

where the number breaks

  • Instrumentation audit: pixel, events, conversions, deduplication, CAPI. The layer where the number is born.
  • Attribution audit: multi-channel, UTMs, the event written back to the source that generated it. The layer where the number points.
  • Gap Map: every point where the data breaks, and what each gap costs you in your budget decision.
Act 2 · Rebuild

the base repaired

  • Pixel corrected, firing on the right action, for the right audience.
  • Conversions deduplicated, the real cost, unmasked.
  • CAPI live, so Meta goes back to optimizing on the real sale instead of optimizing blind.
  • Attribution writing the event back to the source that generated it, including the sale that closes on a surface your analytics never observes, a conversation on WhatsApp (ClickMetrics).

We do not hand you the defect inside a report. We hand back the base repaired.

In God we trust. All others, bring me the data.

The deliverable, not a promise

This is the exact format of what you receive. Item by item, with the fix next to it.

It is not a catchphrase. It is a deliverable. Every gap becomes a trio: the technical symptom, what it is doing to your money, and what we implement to correct it.

Revenue, not rankings

These numbers are not what the Data Audit promises. They are where a repaired base leads.

It matters to be exact here. These numbers are not a promise of the Data Audit. They are the destination of operations that started exactly where you are now, with Layer Zero audited and rebuilt first. The same data engineering that audits and repairs your account is the one that carried these operations to a result:

Yota / Alta Energia Solar

0xattributed return
Media spend: baselineClosed revenue: 13.4x the spend

13.4x attributed return in solar energy. No “magic ROAS”, only attribution from the click to the contract.

Click Massa

Budget: baselineNew business: 4.4x the budgetWindow: first month

The media budget came back 4.4 times over in new business during the first month. From paid traffic alone.

B2B via Google

0xreturn on spend
Budget: held on purposeReturn: 11.6x the budget

The budget was deliberately held small and came back more than 11 times over, which is the order we prefer: prove the structure first, open the spend after.

None of these scale-ups started with more budget. They started with the base instrumented right.

What is included

All of this is one single thing. Stacked, it looks like this:

If the read surfaced nothing but a single duplicate conversion inflating your real cost, and you walked away with it already corrected, that alone would change your next budget decision. The rest would already be worth the conversation.

Full instrumentation audit: pixel, events, conversions, deduplication, CAPI. The layer where the number is born.
Multi-channel attribution audit: UTMs, the event written back to its source, tracking that reaches the surface your analytics never observes, where the conversation happens.
Gap Map: the visual X-ray of where each number breaks and what each gap costs.
Advanced tracking implemented, the rebuild of the broken instrumentation: pixel corrected, conversions clean, CAPI live, attribution writing the event back to its source.
Prioritized plan: what was fixed, what stays as a recommendation, and in which order.
A report of the opportunities sitting inside your data: an actionable read, not a vanity dashboard.
Walkthrough of the map and of everything implemented, with you.

We are not going to anchor against a fake price. We will anchor against what is already leaving your account. Every month you decide budget on top of broken data is a month of expensive betting. It does not show up in the spreadsheet. It shows up in cash, at the end of the quarter, when the result does not confirm what the screen was saying. And Meta, optimizing on top of wrong data, burns your budget on the wrong audience all month long.

Por que isto é o degrau de entrada, não um retainerver o porquê

Even so, this is the entry step. It is not a retainer and it is not a months-long project. It is the base put right before your next budget decision.

The question is not what it costs to audit the data. It is what it costs to keep deciding in the dark.

Price, timeline and format stay off the page. There is no price list because there is no package: the scope follows what the audit finds in your accounts.

Before you decide

The questions you probably still have.

01Does my media buyer not already do this?

Probably not. A media buyer hands you a report of what happened on the screen. We verify whether what the screen shows is real, and rebuild the instrumentation underneath it. A CTR screenshot does not tell you whether the conversion it counts actually exists, and it does not repair the pixel that counted it wrong.

02So it is only an audit, an assessment?

No. The audit is the beginning. The delivery includes implementing the correct tracking: pixel, deduplication, CAPI and attribution rebuilt. You do not leave with a list of problems, you leave with the base repaired.

03Do I have to change agencies to do the Data Audit?

No. It is independent and low friction. You keep the team you already have, and you hand them a base that finally tells the truth.

04Will I have to touch any configuration?

No. You grant access to the accounts, and the engineering, from the audit to the rebuild, stays with us.

05Is this too technical for my case?

The technical part is ours. Your part is deciding whether you want to keep betting budget on a number nobody ever checked.

06What does it cost and how long does it take?

It is positioned as the front door, not a retainer. There is no price list because there is no package: the scope follows what the audit finds in your accounts. Price and timeline are agreed off the page.

07What do I get at the end?

A Gap Map (where each number breaks and what it costs), the tracking rebuilt, and a prioritized plan of what was fixed and what we recommend next.

The door

The Data Audit is your first win.

You leave knowing the truth of your data, and with the tracking rebuilt to hold it up. Whether or not you go any further with us.

  1. Data Audit · implements the tracking that tells the truth
  2. Acquisition Structure · sets the direction, designs the machine, your team executes
  3. Performance ADS · runs the traffic on data that tells the truth

But that is your decision, later. Nobody pushes you to the next step here. We show you where you are burning money, and repair the base, before any larger commitment. You only grant access to the accounts. The engineering is ours.

The truth of your data, and the tracking rebuilt to hold it up.

No agency swap. No months-long project. You leave with the base repaired.

Forget the chaos. Adopt scale.
